Yamuna Body Rolling gets you into your body

…and it feels amazing. It literally rolls the pain away.  From the first moment I experienced YBR, I knew my psychosomatic therapy students needed this. It’s one of the best ways I’ve found to demonstrate the experience of “emotional release” in the body. As a therapist, yoga teacher or other body worker, you become more in tune to your body and to other’s that you’re working with.
